I am excited to offer you a complimentary first training session, designed to give you an idea of my services and help you lay the foundation for success. During this session, I will conduct a comprehensive assessment to delve into your aspirations, limitations, and preferences. Together, we'll define a roadmap that aligns with your vision and creates a clear path towards achieving desired results. I will also conduct a fitness test to gauge your current fitness level and determine your starting point. This evaluation allows me to understand your strengths, identify areas for improvement, and tailor your training program to maximize effectiveness.

One-on-One

One-on-one Sessions

Each session will start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the workout. This may include mobility exercises, light cardio, and stretching to increase blood flow, flexibility, and activate your muscles.

The main portion of the session will be dedicated to targeted exercises and training techniques tailored to your goals. Whether you're aiming to build strength, improve endurance, enhance flexibility, or lose weight, I'll guide you through a variety of exercises using a combination of equipment, bodyweight movements, and functional training methods.

Throughout the session, I'll provide close attention to your form and technique, ensuring proper execution of exercises to maximize effectiveness and prevent injuries. As you progress, I'll continuously challenge you by increasing the intensity, complexity and/or resistance of the exercises. This gradual progression will push your limits, stimulate further growth, and keep you motivated.

We'll conclude each session with a cool-down phase that includes stretching and gentle exercises to gradually bring your heart rate down and promote muscle recovery. Stretching helps improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance overall relaxation.

Price: $130 per hour

Online Sessions

Online sessions will follow the one-on-one sessions design.

They have the advantage of being held at a location that works for you. This convenience eliminates commuting time and allows you to exercise in the comfort of your home, office, or wherever you see fit, saving you valuable time and energy.

With proper communication, guidance and adapted exercises to equipment at hand, online sessions will effectively lead you to reach your goals. 

Price: $120 per hour

Group

Group Sessions

Group sessions will be considered from Spring to Fall, and will be located outdoor. 

They provide a supportive and motivating environment where participants can draw energy from one another. Exercising with a group creates a sense of camaraderie which boosts morale, and encourages individuals to push beyond their limits. I will add an element of excitement and fun to the sessions through the design of creative and dynamic workouts that include partner exercises, team challenges, circuit training, and other interactive activities.

Price: $200 per hour, from 2 to 6 people
